How to prepare Pav Bhaji

  • Buns
  • Potatoes
  • Onions
  • Tomatoes
  • Beans
  • Green peas
  • Cabbage
  • Cauli flower
  • Lemon
  • Garam masala
  • Pav bhaji masala
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves
  • Red chilli powder
  • Ghee or Butter
  • Oil
  • Salt

Prepare Method:
Soak Green peas 4-5 hours.
To boiled in Pressure in cooker as potatoes, Beans, Carrot, Cabbage, Cauliflower.
After remove and drained the water.
To keep aside and smash them.
Cut three onions and tomatoes into square shape, chop 3 onion finely.
In a Broad pan take oil add onion takes it when they turn soft add tomatoes.
And fry for 2 minutes add chilli powder, masala powders, salt and lemon fry.
Add all the smashed vegetables little water used to boiling.
And prepare the bhaji boiled 5 minutes at serve hot with coriander and finely chopped onion on top.
Take a bun and cut into a middle to make a two halves and smear the butter or ghee.
On roast tawa till light brown till serve with bhaji.
