How to prepare vegetable samosa?

  • Maida
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Water
For stuffing:
  • Oil
  • Peas
  • Carrots
  • Onion
  • Mustard
  • Curry powder
  • Green chillies
  • Potatoes
  • Coriander leaves
  • Turmeric powder
  • Lemon juice
  • Oil
  • Salt

Preparing Method:
       Combine first four Ingredients. Knead it well to make a smooth soft dought. Heat 3 tablespoon of oil and saute mustard seeds. When they crack and onion. When they become golden brown, and pepper, and ginger and turmeric powder. After 2 minutes add carrots and peas, curry powder and salt. When vegetables become soft, add and remove from heat.
       Devide in the dough into 6 equal balls. With a rolling pin, roll out each balls into a thin round circle as far as it could spread. Cut each circle into two equal pieces. Places a spoonful vegetables filling into the middle of the semi circle pastry. Fold the sides over each other to form a triangular shape and press the opening to be sealed. Deep fry until golden brown.
