How to prepare Paneer tikka?

PANEER TIKKA
Ingredients:
  • Plain curd yoghurts
  • Paneer
  • Ginger, Garlic paste
  • Lemon
  • Onion (chopped)
  • Black pepper
  • Chat masala
  • Tandoori masala
  • Oil
  • Salt

Preparing Method:
  • Slice a paneer into cubes of 2 or 3 cm size.
  • Mix the ingredients of yoghurt, Garlic paste, Ginger paste, Black pepper, Chat masala, Tandoori masala.
  • Cover the sliced paneer with this mixture than leave it for 30 minutes.
  • Pre heat the oven to 30 F and bake and paneer for 10 minutes.
  • Alternatively, you can also use grill for cooking paneer tikka.
  • Serve 'paneer tikka' with Onion rings and lemon juice over it.
  • You can deep fry them it do not have an oven.
