How to Prepare Shikampoori Kabab

  • Mutton kaima
  • Green chilli
  • Oil
  • Cardamom
  • Bengalgram powder
  • Onion
  • Thick curd
  • Ghee
  • Clove
  • Pudina
  • Coriander leaf
  • Coconut grated
  • Almond
  • Ginger
  • Salt
Preparing Method:
  1. Grind coconut and extract it’s milk and keep in a vessel.
  2. Remove the husk of the onion and garlic and cut into small pieces.
  3. Keep a wide pan over the oven pour some ghee and fry piecrs of green chilli, Garlic Onion, Ginger.
  4. Then add bengalgram flour, milk of coconut, almond powder, salt and powder of ingredients and fry well.
  5. Then Grind all the items fried softly.
  6. Then add pieces of coriander leaf, spearmint leaf, salt and prepare balls out of the grinded mixture.
  7. And make a small hole at the centre of ball and pour some curd into the hole and pat vade.
  8. Fry in pan with oil duly kept over the oven till the vade become brown.
  9. Then serve the ‘Shikam Puri Kabab’ with meal.
