How to Prepare Shikampoori Kabab
TO
PREPARE SHIKAMPOORI KABAB
Ingredients:
- Mutton kaima
 - Green chilli
 - Oil
 - Cardamom
 - Bengalgram powder
 - Onion
 - Thick curd
 - Ghee
 - Clove
 - Pudina
 - Coriander leaf
 - Coconut grated
 - Almond
 - Ginger
 - Salt
 
- Grind coconut and extract it’s milk and keep in a vessel.
 - Remove the husk of the onion and garlic and cut into small pieces.
 - Keep a wide pan over the oven pour some ghee and fry piecrs of green chilli, Garlic Onion, Ginger.
 - Then add bengalgram flour, milk of coconut, almond powder, salt and powder of ingredients and fry well.
 - Then Grind all the items fried softly.
 - Then add pieces of coriander leaf, spearmint leaf, salt and prepare balls out of the grinded mixture.
 - And make a small hole at the centre of ball and pour some curd into the hole and pat vade.
 - Fry in pan with oil duly kept over the oven till the vade become brown.
 - Then serve the ‘Shikam Puri Kabab’ with meal.
