How to prepare Palak Paneer sanwitch?

To prepare Palak Paneer Sanwitch
Ingredients:
Spinanch
Bread
Green chilli
Salt
Paneer
Finely chopped onion
Garam masala powder
Ginger Garlic paste
Oil
Butter

Preparing Method:
  Cut the spinanch and steam in the pressure cooker for 1 whistle. Remove allow to cooland run the mixie to fine paste. Cut the paneer into small cubes and deep fry them in hot oil till golden brown and keep aside. Chope onion finely.

  In a pan take oil add cumin seeds to it when they splutter add onions cook for 2 minutes and add ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste and fry for a while, add salt, spinach paste, and fry till the raw smell goes approx 5 minutes, add 1 cup of water and boil in low flame for 5 minutes and add paneer pieces and sprinkle coriander on a top allow to cool.
  Smear butter to the bread apply the palak paneer mixture, place some paneer pieces in the centre and close with another slice of bread, smear butter both the sides and roast in a sanwich toaster or an a hot tawa or oven. Be sure that to apply the palak paneer curry just before you want to serve.

Variation:
  Instead of boiling and doing paste of spinach you can just chop the spinach finely and fry it along with the onions.

How to Prepare veg Pizza?

TO PREPARE VEG-PIZZA
Ingredients:
For Dough:
All purpose flour
Whole wheat flour
Sugar
Salt
Olive oil or Butter
Quick-Rice active dry yeast
Warm Water
For topping:
Sliced Mushrooms
Sliced Red Onion
Green Bell pepper
Pineapple
Parmesan cheese
Ozarella cheese
Seasonings:
1/4 tsp chilli flakes
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp basil

Preparing Method:
To activate the yeast, mix it in a cup of warm water.
Let it sit for about 10 min until creamy.
In a bowl combine 2 cups of flour, sugar and salt.
Mix all these dry ingredients. Add I tbsp of olive oil to all the dry ingredients.
Pour in the yeast mixture and enough water to knead the dough until it forms a soft and elastic ball. The dough should be soft not sticky.
If it is too sticky, add a bit more flour and knead it for another minute or so.
Place the dough in a greased bowl and turn to coat all sides of the dough with olive oil.
Cover with plastic wrap or a small wet towel.
Allow the dough to rise in a warm place for about 1-2 hrs.
Until it doubles in size, then punch it down. Pre heat oven to 475 degrees F.
Knead the dough again for 2-3 min on a lightly floured surface.
Form dough into a round ball and roll out into 4 6-inch circles with the help of a rolling pin.
Put the rolled out pizza crust on the greased pizza pan or cookie sheet.
Spread a layer of peeled tomato on top, leaving a one inch margin along the edges.
Sprinkle with a handful of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Spead mushrooms, bell peppers. red onion and pineapple.
Top with the remaining mozarella and parmesan cheese, chilli flakes, oregano and basil.
Bake it for 20-30 min at 400 degrees F until crust is golden.
Let it stand for 5-10 min before slicing.
