How to Prepare Sprouts Cutlet
SPROUTS CUTLET
Ingredients:
Spourted green gram or any other spourts-2 cups
Green chillies-5
Coriander seeds powder-2 tspn
Cumin seeds powder-1 tspn
Salt to taste
Coriander chopped-2 tbl spn
Oil-for patting and roasting
Gram flour-2 tbl spn
Method
Boil the spourts and drain the water completely. run in the mixie with green chillies to coarse tight paste+ with out adding water, remove in a bowl add the other. ingredients and mix well. the mixture should be suitable to pat them into round cutlets. Shape out round cutlets and roast on hot tawa dding oil for frying, roast till golden brown both the sides and serve hot with desired chutney or sauce.
Variation: You can add finely chopped onions to the mixture and try the cutlets, You can roast them in a oven.
