How to prepare Paneer tikka?

- Plain curd yoghurts
- Paneer
- Ginger, Garlic paste
- Lemon
- Onion (chopped)
- Black pepper
- Chat masala
- Tandoori masala
- Oil
- Salt
Preparing Method:
- Slice a paneer into cubes of 2 or 3 cm size.
- Mix the ingredients of yoghurt, Garlic paste, Ginger paste, Black pepper, Chat masala, Tandoori masala.
- Cover the sliced paneer with this mixture than leave it for 30 minutes.
- Pre heat the oven to 30 F and bake and paneer for 10 minutes.
- Alternatively, you can also use grill for cooking paneer tikka.
- Serve 'paneer tikka' with Onion rings and lemon juice over it.
- You can deep fry them it do not have an oven.
